Our History

Operation Earnie's Plate was created by Eric Hawkins Sr to honor the late Earnest Hawkins Sr. Throughout Earnest's life, he always had a giving heart. Earnest, along with his wife, the late Rebecca Ravenell Hawkins, always gave back to their communities and made sure their children gave back as well. We are starting this non-profit to continue Earnest's mission to give back to those in need.
